Features of our jaw crusher:
The bottom plates (jaws) are custom molded from a special alloy 110G13L according to GOST 21357-87. Exactly such alloy has one of the best exploitation characteristics. The shape of the teeth of the plates is maximally universal, which makes it possible to grind almost any rock (including granite) and solid construction waste into a minimum fraction.
Plates have a convenient and practical fastening, which allows you to quickly turn over or replace the movable and fixed part (movable usually wears out faster).
The angle of plate mounting, the ellipse-shaped trajectory of the movable plate and the hopper with special rubber inserts - are calculated to maximize safe operation and minimize particle flight towards the operator.

Crusher jaw gap adjustment (to reduce or increase the raw material requirement) - realized by a practical, reliable and convenient mechanism that will allow to adjust the gaps as quickly and easily as possible.

The side plates fixed on the outside of the working module are unchangeable and over time they can be swapped with similar plates that are fixed inside the working space and will undergo natural wear and tear over time

The pulley and balancer are realized massive and increased in diameter to provide additional inertial force.

The large protective cover and hopper are made of thick sheet metal, protects the electric or petrol motor from damage and prolongs the expotation life of the module.

In the jaw crusher the belt transmission of mechanical energy from the electric motor to the crushing plates itself is realized, which ensures slippage of belts in case of jamming and protects the engine from damage. In the gasoline version, the reduction gearbox has a similar system, except for the belts, it performs centrifugal clutching.

The jaw crusher has a modular design, which makes it possible to mount it on various platforms (vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers and stationary).
