 The MLG-500 COMBI pelletizing line from TechnoMapstroy LLC, based on the GRAND-200 pelletizer, is designed to produce pellets from 2 mm to 8 mm from various types of raw materials. The line can serve as equipment for the production of pellets and compound feed both at home and in business. The MLG-500 COMBI pelletizing line is complete:

Bunker of uniform feeding of raw materials SHTZ-200:
This unit consumes 0.75 kW of electricity, has a smooth adjustment of the feed rate using a frequency converter.

Humidification system:
The main elements of the humidification system are: a solenoid valve, a pump, a 200-liter water tank, and a time relay. This system is connected to the feedstock auger, which allows adding the necessary, dosed amount of moisture to the pelletizer in time with the movement of biomass to the pelletizer. The power consumption is 0.37 kW.

Reliable GRAND-200 pellet mill:
The 216 mm steel die and rollers, when properly operated, press the raw material into pellets with a capacity of approximately 100-150 kg/h of pellets and 200-400 kg/h of feed.

Calibrator-cooler for finished pellets BKO-100:
This unit performs the function of pre-cooling the product, as it also heats up during pressing. This equipment also removes dust and uneven pellets using a special drum. This unit consumes 0.12 kW.

Close the exhaust system VP-2:
This device, with the help of its fan, provides air circulation necessary for cooling the pellets and collecting the calibrated residues of raw materials and dust in containers like bags that are installed on it. The power is 1.5 kW.

Control panel for the pelletizing line:
The small size and built-in cooling system of the automation make the control panel reliable and convenient when installed next to the production line.

The MLG-500 COMBI line is capable of pelletizing various types of raw materials:

sawdust: 100-150 kg/hour;
feed: 200-350 kg/hour;
on straw: 100-150 kg/h;
on seeds: 120-150 kg/h;
on sunflower waste: 150-200 kg/hour.
and much more. The main thing is to comply with the requirements for the fraction and moisture level of the processed raw materials.

This line can be used as a separate production unit or equipped with additional equipment, which will make the production of pellets and feed more automated. 

The MLG-500 pelletizing line (COMBI) can be supplemented with the following units:

TLC-2 (conveyor-calibrator), the main task of feeding and calibrating raw materials;
TL-500 (belt conveyor), the main task of feeding and cooling of raw materials;
TL-1000 (belt conveyor), the main task of feeding and cooling raw materials;
DR-500 (rotary chopper), the main task is to grind raw materials to the required fraction;
DMP (pneumatic hammer chopper), used to collect and chop raw materials;
CA-400 (aerodynamic dryer with a calibrator), the main task is to calibrate and dry the raw materials.
